  • You must be a registered USPS employee with an active Employee ID and password.
  • For security reasons, we recommend using a personal device.

Accessing ePayroll:

  1. Search: Open your preferred web browser and search for “LiteBlue USPS payroll.”
  2. Click on the top result. This should lead you to the official LiteBlue ePayroll login page.
  3. Enter credentials: Input your Employee ID and password.
  4. Log in: Click the “Login” button to access your payroll information.

How To Print My Earnings Statements?

Follow these simple instructions to print your earnings statement:

  1. Open your earnings statement: Log into LiteBlue and navigate to your ePayroll section. Select the desired earning statement to view.
  2. Locate the Print Option: At the top left corner of the statement page, click the “Print This Page” button.
  3. Confirm Print: A print dialog box will appear. Click “OK.”
  4. Select Printer: Choose your desired printer from the list of available devices.
  5. Adjust Print Settings: Customize the print settings (e.g., page orientation, margins).
  6. Print: Click the “Print” button to start printing.

To save as a PDF:

  1. Choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialogue box as your printer.
  2. Select a location on your computer to save the file and click “OK.”
  3. Open the saved PDF and print it using your PDF reader’s print function.

  • Hours and Gross Pay: Detailed breakdown of hours worked, pay level, rate, and total gross pay.
  • Additional Pay: Any extra earnings like bonuses or allowances.
  • Total Gross Pay: Your total earnings before deductions.


  • Taxes: Federal, state, and local taxes withheld.
